Day 14 of #21daysofvgm I imagined a big storm coming, or orcs driving slaves home after a victorious battle.
Day 13 of #21daysofvgm is an all pizzicato strings piece. I took what I learned writing two independent voices for the Baroque harpsichord piece and wrote 5 independent string lines using modern harmony. I imagined this piece to be like a cartoon mouse sneaking around up to no good.
Day 12 of #21daysofvgm I wrote a Baroque piece for harpsichord, mostly inspired by Pillars of Eternity.
Day 11 of #21daysofvgm I wrote an ambient exploration piece for spooky underground catacombs.
Day 10 of #21daysofvgm I did an ambient piece imagining what it would sound like if you came upon a mysterious castle as you were exploring a deadly swamp.

Day 8 of #21daysofvgm is a game over stinger. It really pisses me off the hear this one, so I must’ve done it right. 🙂

Day 6 of #21daysofvgm I wrote a short loop for napping at an inn.
Day 5 of #21daysofvgm is an all drum piece for a large taiko ensemble. I wanted make something very warlike but also unsettled.
